Owner and owner's partner live in basement and primarily use first floor shower. Three upstairs bedrooms would primarily use the second bathroom located just outside the three rooms. House is located on a dead-end street which is quiet with plenty of on-street parking located nearby in addition to the two spots available in the driveway. Owner and owner's partner would prioritize parking on the street while tenants would have driveway slots. Washer and dryer in the house. Plenty of dry storage space located in atrium of the house. I am happy to set up a tour to see it in person! Apartment is shared with me - 27 year old male working at Maine Medical Center, and my partner - 26 year old female studying to get PhD at Maine Health Research Institute. I am busy updating various rooms of the house, going to the gym, and spending time with my partner. We would prefer quiet roommates who are busy with their professional lives. We also have one cat. Open to pets with the addition of a pet fee. The rest of the house is furnished with all the necessities to cook, hangout, etc. we would each have our own designated pantry space and fridge space.
