Maintains the interior of the building, performing flooring, plumbing, painting, patching, and miscellaneous repairs. Completes work orders in the SMART web-based system to account for time performing maintenance and repair work. Interacts with Housekeeping Vendor Site Managers and Area Managers to monitor adherence to housekeeping standards and specifications. Performs repairs as necessary to address customer focus point issues identified by store management. Reviews operational integrity of housekeeping equipment.
Monitors availability of housekeeping chemical supplies as required for specifications compliance . Recommends process improvement changes to store management relative to maintenance, housekeeping, safety, and energy. Adheres to maintenance and safety standards and specifications. Uses basic Internet navigation to access and print information and reports. Performs other duties as assigned.
o Must be 18 years of age or olderEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
