Maintains the interior of the building, performing flooring, plumbing, painting, patching, and miscellaneous repairs. Maintains the exterior of the building, performing lawn care, sidewalk maintenance, parking lot maintenance, painting, power washing, and parking lot re-striping. Maintains lighting and plumbing equipment, performing light bulb changes, sink repairs, and faucet repairs. Maintains store shopping carts.
Completes work orders in the SMART web-based system to account for time performing maintenance and repair work. Interacts with Housekeeping Vendor Site Managers and Area Managers to monitor adherence to housekeeping standards and specifications. Performs repairs as necessary to address customer focus point issues identified by store management. Reviews operational integrity of housekeeping equipment.
Monitors availability of housekeeping chemical supplies as required for specifications compliance . Recommends process improvement changes to store management relative to maintenance, housekeeping, safety, and energy. Adheres to maintenance and safety standards and specifications. Uses basic Internet navigation to access and print information and reports. Performs other duties as assigned.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
