The Internal Communications Manager will coordinate and contribute to the build of ReVision Energy's intranet within SharePoint and work with stakeholders from across our company to effectively organize information and strengthen company communication.
The Internal Communications Manager will report to the CHRO.
Candidates will use their exceptional digital literacy, communication, and organizational skills to build SharePoint sites that serve to enhance communication across ReVision Energy.
The ideal candidate has proven experience with SharePoint; is able to effectively communicate with subject matter experts, managers, and IT professionals; has a successful track record of organizing shared data; and can support the communication needs of a specialized construction company across multiple states.
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Lead and contribute to the development and implementation of a SharePoint Intranet to sunset current Wiki solution.
Responsible for supporting the regular cadence of communications with co-owners to enhance our culture, engage our people, inspire enthusiasm for our company and brands, and inform and strengthen the employee community across geographies, business units, and functions.
Perform intranet design using software development fundamentals and processes.
Collaborate with marketing team to identify visual appearance that is consistent with company's brand guidelines and enhances user experience.
Integrate intranet with company's operational system.
Develop and manage SharePoint workflows to streamline flow of information across teams and systems.
Train and coach intranet content creators and site administrators.
Support intranet group owners in maintaining active communities.
Develop and maintain content standards to support effective organization of intranet across internal teams.
Build an operating rhythm to ensure the ideation, production, review, and distribution of internal communication are executed efficiently and consistently.
Partner with cross-functional leadership to ensure proper strategic messaging is compiled, synthesized, and distributed in accordance with overall business strategy.
Builds templates and SOPs to ensure consistency and efficiency of communication.
Moderate intranet to ensure contributions from individuals and teams within the company conforms to the content standards.
Monitor analytics to identify best practices and to identify content that needs to be removed.
Develop and implement processes for collecting feedback from employees related to improving intranet effectiveness.
Minimum Associate's degree in web development, IT management, computer programming, or related field Three to five years' experience in digital content development Demonstrated history of collaborating with diverse stakeholders to support high-performing results Experience with SharePoint and workflow creation Experience with SharePoint site creation and navigation Experience with intranet development and moderation Experience in graphic design or collaboration with a graphic design team About ReVision Energy:

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
