SUMMARY As a Fulfillment Specialist, you will ensure the smooth and efficient processing of orders and the timely delivery of products to customers.
You will be responsible for coordinating and executing various tasks related to order fulfillment, inventory management, and logistics.
With a keen eye for detail and a focus on customer satisfaction, you will contribute to the overall success of our business operations.

Dog friendly office ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (other duties may be assigned)
Order Processing:
Receive and process customer orders in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
Inventory Management:
Maintain accurate inventory records, monitor stock levels, and initiate reordering as necessary to prevent stock-outs.
Packaging and Shipping:
Prepare orders for shipment, including proper packaging, labeling, and documentation.
Product Inspection:
Inspect products for defects, damages, or discrepancies before packaging and address any issues proactively.
Order Tracking and Updates:
Monitor and update order status in the system and resolve any order-related inquiries or issues.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with other teams such as customer service, warehouse, and procurement to ensure smooth order fulfillment and resolve any operational challenges.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify process inefficiencies and suggest improvements to enhance order fulfillment operations, streamline processes, and increase customer satisfaction.
Compliance:
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations related to order fulfillment, shipping, and inventory management COMPETENCIES, SKILLS & ABILITIES
Ability and desire to work as a hands-on team member.
Strong priority and time management skills.
Highly organized, with strong attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines when required.
Familiarity with or ability to train on equipment operation.
Moderate computer knowledge.

Ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment with rapidly changing priorities.
Self-motivating and self-managing with a high degree of creativity and analytical ability.
QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or equivalent combination of experience and education.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENT
Able to meet the physical requirements that go with working on the production floor - standing for 2
hours, extended reach, lifting up to 50lb, occasionally climb, kneel, or bend and specific vision ability - close, color, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
