Closer/Business Development Manager


Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve sales targets and expand our market presence
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Manage customer relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention
- Promote the company's product/services addressing client objectives
- Conduct closing transactions
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Exceptional customer relationship management skills with the ability to build strong, long-lasting relationships
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
